No weapons are permitted on the premises.
No illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside or outside the studio premises.
Threats, harassment, intimidation, violence, or aggressive behavior toward staff, clients, or guests will not be tolerated.
I am responsible for the behavior of any guests I bring to the studio.
Only approved guests may enter the studio.
I agree to treat Studio910 staff, equipment, and property respectfully.
Studio910 reserves the right to refuse service, end a session, or require any person to leave for violations of studio policies or conduct that creates a safety concern.
Submitting this form does not guarantee a booking. All new-client requests are subject to approval.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Security deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit transferred to a future session.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without providing notice automatically forfeit their security deposit.
